At Handheld Studio, LLC, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review the following policies to ensure your rental process is seamless.
1. Preferred Camcorder Arrival Date
We require customers to select a Preferred Camcorder Arrival Date for their rental equipment during the ordering process.
To accommodate changes to your Preferred Camcorder Arrival Date, please contact us at least three weeks in advance of your scheduled delivery. Adjustments made within this window may not be guaranteed.
Once the package has been delivered to your specified address, we cannot assume responsibility for issues related to timing changes or relocations (e.g., if you are no longer at the delivery location). Accuracy in your Preferred Camcorder Arrival Date is crucial to avoid delays or complications.
2. Delivery Timeline
We schedule shipments to arrive before your Preferred Camcorder Arrival Date to allow for unforeseen shipping delays and to ensure your rental is ready on time.
If there are any adjustments to the delivery timeline, we will promptly notify you and work to minimize disruptions.
3. Service Delays
While we partner with reliable shipping carriers, occasional delays outside of our control may occur.
To avoid disruptions, we recommend scheduling your Preferred Arrival Date several days before your event, while considering our Camcorder Return Date is 7 days after the Camcorder Arrival Date.
4. Free Shipping Inclusions
We provide free shipping for the following:
Initial Shipment: The rental equipment is shipped to your specified address.
Pre-Paid Return Label: A return label is included for your convenience.
Additional Labels: If a replacement package is required due to unforeseen circumstances, upon Handheld Studio LLC reviewing and determining that a replacement package should in fact be shipped, we will provide an additional label at no charge.
5. Return Shipping Policy
All return shipments must use the pre-paid UPS return label provided.
Rentals must be shipped back within 7 days of your Camcorder Arrival Date as specified in your order confirmation. Returns on holidays or Sundays may be shipped the following business day without penalty.
It is the customer's responsibility to retain proof of return shipment (e.g., a drop-off receipt). Failure to provide proof may result in the equipment being classified as unreturned, and replacement fees will apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If the rental equipment arrives damaged, contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt for assistance.
If a package is lost in transit before delivery, we will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
7. General Shipping Terms
Handheld Studio, LLC ships within the United States only.
We do not ship on federal holidays, and delays during peak holiday seasons are possible.
Customers are encouraged to place orders well in advance to accommodate transit times and avoid disruptions.
